IMDB Plot Synopsis: In Baltimore, the troublemaker and street dancer Tyler Gage lives with his foster parents in an Afro-American lower class neighborhood.
It was okay as far as wrong-side-of-the-tracks teen dance movies go. However, I thought the best character in the entire film was the guy’s foster sister, so maybe that’s problematic.
